We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

* All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
* Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorised activity, or resale purposes.

* All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
* Prices may change at any time without notice.
* Full payment must be received before orders are dispatched.

4. Shipping
* Orders are processed Monday to Friday during trading hours.
* Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or courier delays.
* séra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct before checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and business policy reasons:
* We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
* Exchanges or store credit may be accepted for eligible items within 7 days of receiving the order.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.
* Sale items, accessories, headwear,bodytops, swimwear and clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
séra reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

6. Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the item
* Description of the issue
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.

* If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.
